Internship Archivist at 360°KAS in Zaandam

At 360KAS we are looking for a talented and driven archivist, who can analyze, structure and order information, coming from our paper archive. In the earlier days, when the paperless office didn’t exist, we created about 3000 project files all related to our Kiekens desuperheater product line. To provide quick and easy access to these project data, for our employees and clients, the paper archive should be migrated to a digital platform. First, we will get you familiar with the world wide oriented business related to our desuperheater products and determine together how we give form to the project. You will have a leading and consultative role within our organization, where you can put your learned skills in practice.

Your profile

  • You are analytical and you are studying for a career as an Archivist, Administration, Media Information and Communication or related study at MBO/HBO level.
  • Skilled with MS Office and related software packages.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch.

Our offer

  • An interesting internship position where you will be working with a team of engineers.
  • An open and relaxed working environment with a small and hard-working international oriented team where quality and teamwork are key.
  • A monthly internship allowance of € 350,- (MBO) or € 450,- (HBO).

If you are interested, please apply via the 'Apply button' on top of the page and send your CV and motivation letter. For more information about the position please contact Daisy Moleveld, HR Business Partner at +316 1583 8562.
